Snug As A Bug is looking for a new team member to fulfill tasks associated with our online business. While we will continue at our retail location in Toronto with a personal shopper order counter model-online development will be our main focus.

2-3 days per week

Online Duties Include

  • You will work mainly in the back area of our store within a small team
  • Receive product from our vendors and start the process to onboard in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that the products are properly categorized and merchandised online
  • Communicate with vendors for content and images for new products
  • Create unique product-level content to support SEO
  • Manage discontinued items  
  • Make sure that inventory is accurate
  • Label product and put away in the warehouse
  • Pick and Ship some online orders, ensuring accuracy when others are busy
  • Other projects as assigned


  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft skills including Excel, Word
  • Ability to work with a team as onboarding products has many steps
  • Strong verbal/written communications in terms of composing reports/results
  • Desirable Attributes:
  • A can-do self-starter, who is energetic and fun to work with
  • Able to share key insights in a clear, concise and straight-forward fashion
  • A passion for Kids and Family products is an asset
