Picking up an order

The pickup process is quick and easy. Simply place your order online and choose “Curbside Pickup at the Toronto Store” during the checkout process. We will email you when your order is ready, most orders are ready in an hour – please check your junk mail and have your order number ready. Pickup is done at the front door and only takes a minute.
 

In-store shopping

All in-store shopping is now done at the order counter. This is a personal shopping experience, where we show you products suited to your needs. There is a clear plexiglass barrier so you can see the full store and we will assist you with the aid of our website. Once narrowed down we will bring you products to touch and feel before purchasing. Please note: ALL of our products are online and we offer a 90 day return policy.
